Right - I've got through the day successfully and I'm just preparing my dinner. The evenings are the most difficult time for me. I have to avoid snacking on fresh bread, cheese and/or chocolate. It's only about 2.5 hours until bedtime so I can do this, can't I?
Well done, Sweetie!

Fragile Do Not Bend
I was mentally preparing for a gain or maintain this week because of a couple of meals out (we are having a new kitchen fitted at the moment) but turns out I’ve lost. I must have sweated that 1lb off.

Carp, suspect that if you cut back a few days you'll go right down.
I'm on an exclusion diet at the moment, which I decided to do due to bunch of stomach problems. On the plus side, my stomach feels great, on the downside, I'm bloody starving all the time. There's only so much veg, fruit, chicken and fish one can eat!

I hope so Cuddy. Good luck with the exclusion, I hope you find what's causing you issues (and it's something simple to avoid too).
Cutting down was easy today - I was eating breakfast* when I got a phone call to say MiL had broken her hip and I've been at the hospital or running related errands until 7pm ish.
*alright, cake. I was eating cake for breakfast, I admit it.

CArp I too admit that running around hospitals etc is helping with the food eating.

I'm doing well this year for the first time in forever. I'm 3 stone down since May 4th and awaiting my gastric bypass operation so simply trying to keep it on the downward trend keep fighting everyone!

Oh, hi. It's September, I'm fed up with hauling an extra half a body round with me, it has to go. At least some of it in time for a mate's wedding in March so I don't have to wear a sack.
I'm starting to run again a bit, drinking more water, and leaving out some carbs. I will not get stressed or obsessed
