The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free.
But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient.
Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead.
Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?
I think the rugby ko time could be a good thing. My football KO time has been put back so I can parkrun and maybe get a better place than I would otherwise because most of the men in my age group will be watching it.
9.30 in Scotland. Not a hope! It's on record anyway. I *could* do a local parkrun but not the further away one I was going to. Must remember NOT to turn on radio!
At last week's parkrun (during the England game) I finished 11th, my highest ever placing. The fact that there were only about 30 runners and there was a high F:M ratio had nothing to do with it, no sireeee!
Not sure if this belongs here (perhaps we should have a 'dreams about Fetchies' thread but last night I dreamt that Fetch and his daughter (!) were staying with me and I had to make sandwiches for us to go on a bike ride. I kept getting them wrong. First of all I made honey sandwiches with loads of butter, but I knew that that wouldn't work. Then I remembered that Fetch likes marmite, so I made cheese and marmite, but the bread was wholemeal and really dry. Then I couldn't find any more bread, etc. etc. etc.
Congrats to the boy 👍 Locating by smell could be olfactolocation. Or osmilocation...
