The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free.
But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient.
Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead.
Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?
Laughing at the “shredding “ on podcast this week. I was thinking only this week when we all got into “shredding” on fetch it was that annoying gillian Michaels. I did it for a little while until I did my back in. It was a 20 Minute video on YouTube.

I empathised with Katie's contact lens woes - I don't get that so much now, but in the past I've done many things with one eye shut, including driving

And yes, I don't care what I look like pretty much ever now (hairy legs, varicose veins, flabby thighs, etc.) but I think it's also to do with getting older as well as being active. Not that I'm immune to crap photos or whatever, but generally I'm just pleased about what my body can do for me.
Ooh, ooh, and I also know exactly where I was in 2011 when Wales went out of the RWC. Unfortunately I also know where I was on Sat when Ireland went out of the RWC. Again.
And why are are two of the next four matches at parkruntime? Three if you are involved in juniors.
