ok, so I'm racing on my own then? And can we change the name of race four please....it's really demoralising to always be ing the 'slower than' group. it can be the 8:30 - 9:30. We dont all run sub 5's thanks

I think I might have to switch to race 3. Was going to go to the gym to do some intervals this evening (meant to go yesterday morning but couldn't be arsed getting out of bed in time, then last night was work xmas party #1) and ended up jogging slowly to the chinese instead. The only running I've done in the whole of the last week is slowly to and from work on Tuesday. I am useless.
