Impressive commitment! I might go to WCTT for the 1st time on the 22nd if I can get out of bed early enough:-)

Nothing concret on timing - was thinking for people to arrive about 2pm, then sort out some admin, everyone go on warmup jogs etc, then first race to start maybe 2.30?

Well, I would guess that at 3 or 4 degrees, anyone who goes haring off without warming up will pull up injured in roughly 100m!

ALWAYS warm up (and stretch) before any sort of hard running, especially a time trial like this. 10-15 minutes of easy jogging followed by a few strides then some stretches.

I can get the bus from near me to Tooting Broadway so I reckon a slow jog from there might be ok for a warmup. Except if I arrive at 2 and don't race until 2:40 or something, is that too long before for it to count?
