Please can you confirm the precise details for the event... there are 85 pages in this thread and I am unsure whether the timing is 2pm as per the title or has subsequently changed
Thanks

We are not doing our challenge in the 1st race Gordon!
If you start running in that one, I'll concede:-)

Ooh. Good. Assume we are doing race 3 - OK with you?
I was just going to arrive for 2pm. If the sub-4 race has started by then that should give me just enough time to pull my fetch top on and do a few half-a*sed stretches

race 3 is OK with me. But what's a bigger incentive: a chance of being amongst the first finishers in race 3, or not being last in race 2?!?

Tarange: I'm impressed! I considered doing that because I haven't done a long one for ages and probably won't get the chance on Sunday, but decided it just seemed like far too much hard work.

Carrot or stick?!
Not too fussed, but I've never got close to a sub-7 minute mile,. which makes me think I might be out of place in race 2!
Why 10 miles, Ang?
