I managed to string a few moves together to get your rook and then found myself in a position to keep the pressure on for a change. My first win in some time but you kept me having to think right up until the end. Thanks again.

I've only got one chess friend* I'm playing outside of the Fetch circle, and it is true that his rating is slightly higher than mine and I keep beating him Might be just him though! * - the word chess is not strictly necessary
BanjoBax Apr 2021 10:38pm, 19 Apr 2021 5,051 posts	0 BanjoBax I play a few daily games outside Fetch, but mainly play rapid* outside, unfortunately my form fluctuates so wildly it's impossible for me to judge if inside & outside ratings look consistent, but I had had the same thought. * Probably need to stop as think it's damaging my game - more slower & thinking needed
rhb Apr 2021 10:48pm, 19 Apr 2021 1,692 posts	0 rhb Happy to be re-divisioned on rating. I play outside of Fetch in another group but I don't think results there impact my rating much. I'm just pushing the pieces around mostly in both arenas.
