But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

I think we’ve run our course in 1WL 960 vote chess league participation.

If anyone else wants to re-enter a Fetch 960 vote chess team into Div 2 for next season then I’ll explain what to do.

Oh that's the other chess where they shuffle the 2nd row rather than the 1st one. Chess1 I think it's called.

I'd be happy to do 960 but it's pointless if no one else is interested. I've also played less individually recently anyway although all my daily games these days are 960.

I found out today that only 959 positions are used in Chess960 these days.

They banned the opening position 518 where just the King & Queen are swapped.
