kwala - yes, it is that one. I'd been a binge eater for as long as I could remember (even as quite a young child) and that book sorted me out.
PaulaMc that sounds like a very positive step!

LOl night owl... our VIP been up north to the other half of my tram today so that was more treading on pins! It’s been good but slot of stress, everyone gets nervous about these visits
I’m totally Ka out tonight. Sofa bound. Need a rest so am having one, moved gym till the morning
Body shape is so hard.. my issues are my middle, and my chin ‘s. Hefty arms too! But some of it has to be impact of ageing totally. I’m going to try and keep doing the acceptance thing mentioned earlier in the week
The less I focus the better my rational mind
I am 100% binge eater and also yo yo dieter
I would love to change that.. slow steps will help
I’ve had an ok exercise week I’ve slept ok and been able to get up
I’m looking forward to chilling out for the weekend
No negatives Only positives Things I can Create small habits for the better

Ka out is a new one! Lol... ka put. That's what I was last night, still am a bit today
Resting day. Got some bits to do in the shed which will be fun
Run later
Seems we have a bit of Dad's Cabs this weekend so it's a chilling style weekend for us. It's very weird with a 16 and a 13... the 16 is either out or sofa bound lol! The 13 is now suddenly finding a social whirl, he's got two "outs" this weekend
Better social life than us! That's our age?
Can: - get a chilled out run later - sort more of the spiders arms whooop! - rest & recover from a stressy week - be kind to myself & say nice things about the nice bits ( yes, I do have nice bits!) - smile, and laugh

Enjoy Killing Eve NSC! We finished it on Thursday, it was excellent. I'm working up to a run shortly and today will be spent tidying my room and making it a nice place to get ready in every morning. 6 more days of work then some time off :-).

I'm really glad I took the plunge and started going to classes - I'm loving both Body Pump and Body Combat and will continue them as long as I possibly can. Once I get past Beachy I really need to work out a new running routine though, so that I can fit everything in. Too late for Beachy now, that will be a run/walk/crawl, but I'll need to be more disciplined if I want to run well at Brighton and NDW50 next year.

I've announced the spiders arms ready for visitors Yey! Off to get some bubbles in a mo to christen it.. not quite ready as we still waiting on my workbench but damn near enough!
Beach wow... I always wanted to do that one Paula... when is it?
I've dropped back to just run and swim this week but already missing rowing and spin.. but great to observe what my body will and won't do, I'm like you too need to get a routine in place that keeps it all fresh and mixes it all up
I've also been tidying love a bit of that MissC very good for us!
And lastly that's an ace day northern! Enjoy the chill... love it!
