Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Hi everyone,

Currently sitting in a bizarrely quiet office as we've moved to split team working, with only half of us in the office at one time. Will be working from home one week, then in the office the next.

Fingers crossed that will give me more chance to run/exercise if I don't have the commute half the time...!

Have been rubbish recently - just swamped with work so working some ridiculous hours. Fingers crossed it calms down soon...

One day at a time definitely sounds like the best plan FRU -who knows!

I’ve spent my day trying to unravel a silly telephone system layout so that our office can all go home and work.. I am not quite sure what is going on. We might be able to work from home however we are retail so no orders means no income once everyone locks down

It is a very bizarre time indeed

I had a 20 minute walk at lunchtime which was very much needed!

I was thinking of you NSC, and others who don't have the option. We're now fully working from home - I think I may slowly start going stir crazy! I need to get planning my exercise now I'm at home, as the routine has completely fallen by the wayside as that was all designed around being at work, going to the gym after work, running home from work etc...

I’m working at home for foreseeable. I don’t like it but it was inevitable

I ran 6.7 hilly road miles this evening with Stef and Tuss; my longest continuous run for a very long time. This follows four PBs at local Parkrun in recent weeks

It would appear I still CAN :-)

Not surprised you feel anxious it is all changing rapidly day by day

Stay safe all

I have been off the rails a few days and not looking after myself. Need to focus on CAN today

I have put everyone else first and now need some me time

Fresh air really important
Space to think
Being more aware of sensible approaches

Take care all of you xx
