Sound like great goals! Small steps.
I'm planning to keep doing the couch to 5k programme for the next couple of weeks - so 3 run/walks a week, plus a yoga or pilates session at the gym, and will probably play tennis once a week as well.
Trying not to get carried away with enthusiasm and overdoing it, then breaking myself, so keeping it relatively simple at the mo. So I CAN.

Crazy day - everyone back at the office and it's like blah blah blah blah blah blah blah!
Took solace in a lovely lunchtime beach run - not easy by any means but nice soft sand and bright sunlight! That'll do
Also managed to haul myself up and out of bed although I really could have rolled over... I am so determined not to get back into that lazy habbit I had last year.. since coming back from the arm I am so determined that I want to make the most of the time before work. I am trying to get the habbit going in the dark months so that once the light changes getting up will be even more of a doddle
Small steps Treacle, I am an all or nothing and also have to work on getting the balance right too

A beach run sounds amazing FRU - and in sunshine as well! Was very grey here yesterday.
I really struggle with getting up early to run - so am going after work today as soon as I get home. Helps at the moment to only have to do 25 mins - somehow makes it easier to just get on with it!
Have a lovely day everyone x

I had a new plan today - well this week actually - which is to try and work out how to run, swim, gym
I need to do more work on it - I CAN get up, and happy to keep plugging away through the winter to build on that habit however it's really better to just do gym & swim... I had a treadmill run again today and I really just dont like it - get to 8 mins and bored to tears... settling into a rhythm not happening
The good news is going 1st thing means I am free to go home and cook something really yummy for tea - trying out the stacked burger with slaw and sweet potatoe fries tonight
Wonder if we should start sharing recipe's? Will let you know what it is like
Overnight oats still my all time fave breakfast now I have mastered it:- Frozen or fresh berries 0% fat natural or greek yoghurt
40g Oats Place in layers in a container and stick in the fridge (Frozen veg works better as they defrost and add more softening to the oats)
Got some lunchtime sun here today but I am busy with new years work... everyone is back this week and firing on all cylinders!

Ran with C this morning So much more traffic around
I don't get in from work until 7:30 and cant face doing anything then that's why I have to get up early
I need to go back to overnight oats, just need to finish my packet of oatsosimple
Plan this week is early runs with C Tuesday and thursday, 'long' run from home on my own tomorrow, fighting fit class Friday and medium run before new hair on saturday

Morning is much better for me too for similar reasons - I just have to get my head round getting up very early...
Good running lady!
