Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Hello and welcome MWW :)
Gentle exercises and mindful eating are a proper Can :)

How was your run FRU? Beachy?

Treacle, it's so hard accepting now but sounds like you've got it!

Sarah - love that you're making Can Plans from your sick bed :)

Lovely chatty run before work this morning with C and she's now a fetchie :)

I’m going to try a very steady trundle round Keighley Parkrun tomorrow to see how my calf is. Not run since Christmas Day but I am still hanging on at the top of the Fetch walking league 💪🏻

That would test the calf out DT with all those hills! Suspect it probably will be a proper splash at the moment with the fields as soggy as they are :-)

Would love to get back to doing some fell/hill stuff - but small steps :-)

It’s two months now since I finished my chemo and I feel much stronger than before but I’m a long way from being able to do even half of what I’d like to

Most people who've been through what you have wouldn't be doing a fraction of what you're doing, DT. You'll get back there x
