Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Ding Derby merrily on Tup
I’ve survived in spite of super tight calves that have meant running has been very limited. However we’ve done plenty of walking including 13+ miles today with a Parkmarch then a ten miler on the canal

I’ve survived but I’m still eating too much - we’re away in Mo in Cornwall and I’m struggling to be sensible 🙄
Haven’t run either but might give it a go over the next couple of days if I can find somewhere flat-ish.

Back to the gym today, while his nibs sat and listened to the footy

Ran, Spun, swam. Lush!

Decent food today too.. falling off the drink cart tonight but that’s me trying to pretend I am not at work tomorrow

Need to apply a positive CAN in all things including work which once again requires some attention from me. I am very bored and struggle with most of the people I work with

So gang.. onwards! 😊

Not bad thanks, FRU.
Heading home from Devon tomorrow.

Need to get back on track with losing weight and start running again, assuming my knee will let me. I have a physio appointment next week for that so fingers-crossed xx

Sounds a right pain Tup.. however worth getting it right

Same for your knee Sarah

Weight loss.. I am quite ok about this bit at the moment, not going to be overnight, not going to be easy, however small changes and moves ahead that is the plan

You are also doing slimming world sarah?
