My mate just told me he kept his MoHo plugged in outside his house for long spells this past Winter as he was afraid of frost; £1,700 extra on his bill🤣

We used leave ours plugged in and thermostat set, when we were away every weekend. The fridge was always on and we kept it stocked ready to go away. We haven't done so for the last couple of years and bills are less than they were.

There is a youtuber who’s used a usage monitor and worked out that it was costing in £8/24 hrs (I think) to have his van heating on at 5-8C on the drive We put ours on overnight before we went away at the start of Feb ‘cos I’d filled the water up to test the system after the cold snap, but wouldn’t do other than to charge batteries as needed when there’s no sun otherwise

And the thermostat is awful, always overshoots setting by some margin

I keep ours in storage so there’s no option to run a heater. I just run a solar panel for the cab battery (leisure battery already has a roof mounted solar panel) and leave the fridge door propped open.
