Absolutely pissing with rain in Cumbria since Monday. Heard one nuthatch and a thrush so far. Seen some crows. Not a good birdy place 😂☔

We have chiffchaffs. We may also get more baby red kites this year. A bit of activity by the site of the nest from last year, and I possibly saw Mr Kite hopping onto Mrs Kite this morning.

Have had some sunshine today 'my' yellowhammers were singing in their usual hedges, the green woody laughed at me and at least one chiffchaff on the green somewhere
