Found this year's swan nest today and jackdaws still using the broken wind turbine again.
And think I spotted my first butterfly of the year though it appeared small and drab so wasn’t convinced.

Saw a treecreeper today at close quarters - right by my head making its way up a tree in no rush.
Nice big flock of greylags feeding in a field and the wigeon on the distillery pond again.

Can anyone identify the white ducks in the pic. They may be from a local steading which has a selection of domestic rare bird breeds.

Saw a pair of grey wagtails on my dog walk today. Not much else in the rain.

Lots of chiffchaffs on my dog walk this morning, both seen and heard. I also heard a Siskin which I don’t often get.
