It's not a done deal yet. CWT still need to raise clade to another £1m to close the deal but they have first refusal (at least according to the comms they sent out to members) which is a bit different to some of the press stories I've seen.

They have loans in place to cover it, and have already raised over 400K, in one day. I'd say it's near enough a done deal.

Our family friend is doing his monster triathlon this weekend, he’s just finished the 10.5 mile swim in Windermere, just a Fred Whitton and a Bob Graham to go! Give him a wave and some encouragement if you spot him about :-)

It wasn’t very windy at all here on the west coast, low down, but it was hot 🥵. It’s going to be another hot one today.
