What are the rules for call backs? I don't know enough about the details, but I feel if athletes are racing then tough.

Not quite sure, I was thinking it could have been classed as a faulty start but maybe gone too far.

DAS looked so far ahead after the bend with Neita closest but both got run down.

I mean DAS isn't in the best form so I think that a good run. Great start but just tied up. Will benefit her fitness hopefully. Thomas looked good. Add a good start to that and it's going to be something good.

Two NRs, Thomas and Alfred really good with PB and NR for Alfred. Always nice to know you can finish strong.

Sorry to be dense but… can someone explain the pole vault bar moving back and forwards thing? Someone helpfully said “because of the physics” yesterday*.

Because I’m old, retired and mellow I didn’t hit them. But it crossed my mind.
