Homeless Kodo
Newts today…half marathon completed. Thought I’d get 1:55, hoped for 1:50, watch time says just under 1:47 still waiting on official times. Apparently when big hills are the only terrain you have to run on it kills your ability to estimate race time on a flatish course. Got a newt colour T-shirt from said race. It’s called coral, I call it migraine inducing, but I like it 😁 3 newt fetch miles.

Today's newt is doing a newt race with ds1 who was newt to the distance, Cambridge half. His longest run ever and he paced it brilliantly, kept telling me to slow down so we wouldn't suffer
