Only quite a mundane newt from me. Did my bench press in my weight training session with a slightly narrower grip. I felt much stronger. It went well.

It would, wouldn't it, V-rap. Nike Milers are the best trainers for me since the late lamented Mizuno Idaten racing flats that I wore all the time. I am half way through a blog on the subject.

I have been spring cleaning outside today ready to sit in the garden, pressure washed the patio, cut the grass, cleaned windows and next job is to repot patio plants.
