I discovered Sharkie lives in Hastings (I lived there for 13 years and ran the Parkrun there 3 times) Skorts, well mr jelly would love me to have a skort to protect my modesty! And running in crop tops! Not quite warm enough for that here either, not that I’ve ever run in just my crop top, but I did take off my jacket this morning, I’m really only wearing the jacket for the pocket as the zip on my bumbag has broken and I need to keep my phone safe while I consider new bum bags or some kind of repair!

The sixth running of Do a New Thing for Spring

Lent has a special and specific meaning to Christians but has become an secular season of denial and hair shirting that serves no positve purpose. No chocolate, no booze, no -er - other stuff.

Why not treat the build up to Easter - as a chance to celebrate and embrace NEW THINGS - that's what spring is about after all.
