It's all in fine enough condition, so for it's just in a bag waiting for the charity shops to open again, but most importantly it's out of my kit drawers :D

It's not as good. Awkward tight turns including a U turn at the bottom of a hill to then go straight back up it. Better than no parkrun at all though.

I ran at 9:59 pace I'm not sure when this last happened.

The sixth running of Do a New Thing for Spring

Lent has a special and specific meaning to Christians but has become an secular season of denial and hair shirting that serves no positve purpose. No chocolate, no booze, no -er - other stuff.

Why not treat the build up to Easter - as a chance to celebrate and embrace NEW THINGS - that's what spring is about after all.
