Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I did a new rebounder session on my mini trampoline this afternoon. That was great fun!

Ooh Ness! I love rebounding :) There are a few good YouTube videos for classes though my online teacher does 2 classes a week as part of her programme as well as HIIT and weights and Pilates and Zumba

Ohhhhh... The thing I am hoping to do later!

On that note, I better finish preparing the meadow so I can seed it and I can go for an "aggravated walk" šŸ˜‚

They sound interesting, Fleecy. Iā€™m a beginner at the moment but looking for interesting You Tube videos if you have any tips.

Fantastic progress GM & other great newting going on.

I did my longest run since virtual LM today at 21.5m, loops from home so I could pit stop. My longest weekly mileage Iā€™d say ever at 40m.

I also had a friend join me on loop 1 she got a 5k PB - my pacing is obviously good.

Now to work on eating all the food!!

I have had a brilliant afternoon. 8 miles, most of it run- walk (apart from when it was either very rocky and steep or very muddy) Furthest this year. I felt like I was almost a proper runner again. Dolphins abound :-)

starblackheartstar The sixth running of Do a New Thing for Spring starblackheartstar

Lent has a special and specific meaning to Christians but has become an secular season of denial and hair shirting that serves no positve purpose. No chocolate, no booze, no -er - other stuff.

Why not treat the build up to Easter - as a chance to celebrate and embrace NEW THINGS - that's what spring is about after all.

The first few pages of the thread give more ideas.
