Bit of a newt I had a cake some time last year after a run with some friends with hundreds and thousands in so I added some to my latest batch!

Oh, and does that include the natural yeast of a sourdough bread? It isn't very yeasty, but of course the fermenation process of the starter does generate/is activated by yeast from the environment.

I think so - the list I cant have is so long, basically anything that ferments, grapes, melon, mushrooms, marmite (I love marmite), sugar, wine, beer, cider blah blah blah.
I am a nightmare when we eat out or go to other people's houses - I tend to just have antihistamines and deal with it

I would be so sad, Mandy! I found out yesterday that a friend from rugby is so allergic to alcohol now that even a bit of unsuspected wine in a casserole made her sick for days 😭
