Fleecy one of my colleagues is a whizz at that stuff on google meet. She has the magic buttons apparently that mean she can send us off to a group and then whisk us back to the main meeting after a set time. It’s all very clever.

I wasn’t hosting so couldn’t do the breakout rooms myself anyway! When I’ve tried in Adobe Connect I have broken the breakout rooms despite practising and training, so now I’m too scared to try :) Though my OU tutorials are short and shared so there’s really not enough time for them anyway

Behind that our street had some excitement tonight when my neighbour had a small gas explosion and we had 2 fire engines in the street. Everyone is ok and they did get the fire out before the fire brigade turned up.

Lent has a special and specific meaning to Christians but has become an secular season of denial and hair shirting that serves no positve purpose. No chocolate, no booze, no -er - other stuff.

Why not treat the build up to Easter - as a chance to celebrate and embrace NEW THINGS - that's what spring is about after all.
