Too Much Water
The fact that being in a pub and supporting a different team is even remarked on, and your concern for his safety should Scotland have won explains all you need to know about football!

I do wonder, Zorba, why you hate Scotland, and Scottish people so much? I've met you, you seemed fairly normal, but your contributions are unremittingly juvenile, and equally tiresome.

We're back to the "troll first, think later" scenario.
I can't think of a single post from Zorba that hasn't been primarily trolling for a reaction. There might be some good points in there, but they are lost among the juvenile rubbish that's there as well.
But, each to their own.

Just for clarity, if I call BoJo a bumbling c*ckwomble who should be removed from government by due process and prosecuted to the full extent of the law, am I being juvenile and trolling?
Because I of course *believe* that and it just happens that 80% of Fetchland agrees with me. But if I said it in eg "The Conservative Party are The Saviours of Britain group on Facebook (I bet there is one!) , only then would it be trolling?
Just checking! G

G - depends how you said it. Giving your reasons and engaging with people who have a different view? Or just single-line posts and walking away (with bizarre punctuation)?
Oh and - You don't have try to contort yourself to see both sides of everything you know. Sometimes it is just a duck.

Lol. Quack!
I enjoy trying to see both sides, and being prepared to bend to do so. I might bounce back to my original position, or I might take up a different view or opinion, depending on the merits of the argument. G

Why do people like to sit in judgement so much. Must be a convenient way of making yourself feel better (about yourself). Everyone has broken the Covid regulations at some point in the last 18 months. Everyone. Especially me. I'm not especially proud of it. But I don't need a bunch of self-righteous finger-waggers to tell me my moral shortcomings. I'm only too aware.
