Lancashire's county championship win in 2011 (first outright win since the 1930s, too many games rained off most years) was in the season when Old Trafford was out of use and they didn't play a single match there.

Last week received my first appointments. Two in May, both school games, but on Saturday afternoons. and two in June in the Bristol and District League, also on Saturday afternoons. Hope for many more, it just appears that having said I was available on Saturdays and Sundays plus the evening of Monday to Thursday, that 4 appointments is a tad low. Still there is also my volunteer shifts at the ICC Women's World Cup in Bristol to look forward to.
