They could have put SL out of sight in the first inns, but went for the I'm going to try and smash everything approach again. Bit disappointing after signs that they were starting to learn a bit over this series. But still too much relies on either someone getting lucky and smashing some runs (looking at you Ben Duckett) or Joe Root.

Amazing that Coad never got talked about for England - he's probably a victim of having Anderson, broad and woakes (and perhaps others) all ahead of him in the fast medium swing ball category of bowler and isn't quick enough to be considered in addition to them. Too old now for a realistic call up
