That's what I thought. I was wondering whether they might allow a couple of players to take part considering the series is won. Going back years, there was never an overlap between test matches and the Gillette Cup/NatWest Trophy. Nowadays, international players don't participate in the One Day Cup or T20 Blast which previously used to be a good draw for crowds. |

Excellent bowling by removing the top order at 69-6. Somehow allowed Durham to post a defendable 162 by letting the bowlers to play their shots. Definitely scored about 40-50 more runs than they should have. Chris Jordan didn't lead by example by going for 0-57 despite good spells from Worrall, Topley and Sam Curran. Hopefully, the batters will get us through this banana skin of a quarter-final. |

Needn't have worried although there were a few disappointing batting performances. Excellent 95 partnership between Dom Sibley and Sam Curran. On to Finals Day!

Really good night at the Oval last night. Sibley was immense, Sam Curran a bit of a prat!! It all added to the occasion. Regretting not having finals day tickets now. |

Glad that it was an enjoyable evening at the cricket. I've been to a handful of T20 games at The Oval but not so easy as being able to go straight there from the office now that I am virtually working from home. I would have expected Will Jacks or even Jordan Clark to have had an odd over, particularly as Chris Jordan had a nightmare. Interesting that Jamie Overton is still retaining his place as a batter only. |

Is it dark down there in London today? Very surprised to check the scores and see that England have come off for bad light.
