Peter Moores will have a strategy to deal with this, somewhere on his famous clipboard

93 all out. Many, many runs adrift.

Is your division one status buggered? Would you like us to assign someone to bugger your status? |

Some morning at Taunton. Surrey lose seven wickets but have somehow ended up four runs ahead. 228-8, slow scoring and in danger of no batting points. 93 runs from the last two wickets, thanks to Tom Curran and excellent support from Roach and Worrall. Two counties who can put on a great game whether its 4-days or a 20-over slog fest. |

Mustn't forget to acknowledge Archie Vaughan, 18 years old. Scores 44 with the bat, then takes 6-102.

Not too far to go for an all time County Championship record 5th wicket stand at Durham.
