That's a blast from my past USB - I was a patient at Headley Court many, many years ago. I wondered what had become of it since the DSMRU moved. I think there's been quite a lot of doctors commenting on the long term effects and it's not just the elderly suffering which is what people seem to think.

I have a dry cough which started yesterday morning and have had headaches for weeks. Apart from feeling tired I feel it's just a throat infection but I went for the test yesterday ad I am a key worker.

Can I still go out for exercise while I wait for the result which I'm sure will be neg?

I believe if you have possible symptoms it's self isolate at home ie don't leave the house for 14 days or until you are told negative

Not under the new guidance I'm afraid LG - anyone who is symptomatic is now told they shouldn't go out at all.

Okay thanks. Hopefully the results will be through quick. I suppose Scotland is the same advice.

This is almost funny given that Ibuprofen was demonised in the first few weeks of the pandemic in Europe....

MMM I don't think it's the "normal" brufen that was blasted at the start that you and I would use. This is a lipid version used for arthritus?

But yes advice changes so often!

Same active ingredient, just a different formulation.

There's genetic evidence suggesting that our outbreak originated from people returning from Spain rather than Italy.
