Ian has been a bit knocked sideways by the booster, but hoping he’ll be re-booting today.

So, Xmas party tonight. We've all had LFTs and I think everyone has had ay least two jabs. But the news from Scotland still makes me nervous. I think if the venue wasn't so accommodating (it was cancelled last year) we may have thought about calling it off but fingers crossed all is well. Still, I think I will be testing again in a few days and hoping that no one picks it up. |

Interesting post outlining why people with more fat under the skin at the injection site may be more prone to side effects from the jab. newsletter.carolinecriadoperez.com |

Felling a bit battered from the jab. Was a bit cold last night, woke up a couple of times. Feel like I have DOMS now. I climbed and did leg weights (1st time in 10 days due to a cold) on Wednesday then ran yesterday morning pre jab. It feels likes it’s enhanced DOMS. |

That's interesting, Dave A. I thought I'd been feeling DOMs more. Had my jab on Wednesday at 10am and then did my normal weight training session that afternoon. I've taken more paracetamol this morning in the hope that I'll be OK for weight training this afternoon.
