I've done a bit of research and it seems changing the order of my first names is easier than I thought. Although I don't like my first name it seems mean to discard it when my mother chose it. I'll leave it for a couple of months to see how things look next year.

Worry, anxiety, stress. All sadly very, very real to many people.

It isn't at all easy. But maybe worth each any every one of us enjoying what "is" rather than obsessing about what "might be".

Hope Fetch is feeling better soon. And anyone else who is having any adverse reactions to the booster.

Not sure what that post was related to Tim. Very existential! :-) G

Interesting article VRap. Needle length would make a difference when giving injections. I use 4mm for insulin injections as I am considered slim.

Don't mind Tim, he's just philosophising :)
My arm hurts and I can't lift it above shoulder height. Brain not quite firing on all cylinders, but I'm betting it's much better than having covid! I always seem to have DOMS so wouldn't be able to tell the difference :)

I just read the various comments and one thing struck me.

So, so many expressions of anxiety about what "might be" (eg will I get adverse reaction to a jag).

A very real emotion. But, as my wife says, utterly pointless.

I could spend every waking moment on "anticipatory worry" about Covid and a hundred other things.

What would that achieve though? Nothing, except to leave me drained and miserable.

So, recently, I have started to focus on just what actually "is" in the here and now.

Feel so much more relaxed for it.

If it works for me, it might just work for others.

Similar to - so you’re worrying. Can you do something about it? If yes- do what you can do. If no- no need to worry

Much easier said than done but powerful if you can manage it (says I who worries about every tiny thing whether I can control it or not… anxiety is fun)
