geordiegirl Jul 2021 9:18am, 8 Jul 2021 15,127 posts	0 geordiegirl And now this there is this article Torah saying GNR will not finish in South Shields due to covid restrictions….. the same restrictions that are lifted in a little over a week. shieldsgazette.com Yes there are crowds at GNR esp at the finish but anyone there will be fully outside not in a part covered stadium or in a pub for best part of 3hrs with the same people. And people will still gather if they’re waiting for loved ones to finish and the public transport will still have as many people.

Thankfully we helped out on north east college and he’s got a place near to his other auntie but it’s but a cloud over what should be an exciting time for him.

Though they’ve finally reinstated the plastic dividers to demarcate people’s shopping so maybe those weren’t the cause of covid after all…
