E.g. the European regulators waited for the trial data to be finalised and delivered before starting assessment of vaccines, UK regulators looked at the trial data bit by bit as it was produced, so once it was finalised they were able to complete their assessment and approve quickly. With whether to approve for O60s, again I think the UK is looking at trends and initial data to come to a judgment, whilst in Europe they are demanding full, formal data
