Decided to try Mary Berry's recipe this time. She suggests using the slicer on a food processor for the potatoes. Had my food processor for 10+ years and never used the attachments. Faffed around but used the grater for the cheese, slicer for the potatoes. Glad I didn't leave making this until tomorrow.
