But now they are older teens, it’s not quite as exciting. So I may do a run tomorrow morning because I probably won’t be missed. Not sure if that’s a positive or not?

I’m timekeeping at parkrun tomorrow and then home to help with preparing lunch when we will be joined by my brother in law and a parkrun friend who would be on his own.
