That's super, Pix. And it looks like the company has gone outwith its own range, which is even nicer. Lots of perfect post-training treats for cold days.

halfpint of mulled cider
We had a fake tree for many years which is still in the loft. When we moved up here we decided to try a real tree and now I'm not allowed to go back to the fake one. QP wouldn't even let me buy the tree without him so I had to wait until Wed when he arrived home. We literally stopped at the garden centre on the way home.

We have lots of Christmas traditions and I love that no matter how old QP gets he still expects them. We have a calendar with pockets but because he was in Fort William he got a text message advent instead. We put the tree up whilst drinking mulled cider now that he is (almost) old enough and watch a lot of Christmas films together. We always do lots of Christmas baking together as well.

Christmas Day will be strange as it's just us two. We are usually with my parents, sister, BIL and now their kids (a 6 year old and 2 yr old twins). I will miss seeing the nephews but to be honest quite looking forward to a more laid back Christmas.

Yes I noted that v-rap!
Really nice to be appreciated - I mean I know the sales guys would have had an amazing year as sales have been up massively thanks to covid but it's a lovely and unexpected though

Just need to keep it away from Gnome next week

Agreed

We tried to buy a new tree this year but without being able to see any we decided to stick with our old one. Our original tree (the one before this) was given to us by a Muslim friend when we first moved in together. She had had it for her kids and they were then grown up.

Our house is the only one in the close that isn't making an effort. I shall have a rake in the loft for trees and decorations later today.

We put our tree up last night. The boys did not help.
