Harsh, Jen, harsh. ;-)

Anyone who would like to be in on setting up the new Other Cambridge parkrun*, please get in touch with me. Fmails, emails (if you have it or can hack it), carrier pigeon (it would entertain the cats), message tied round a half brick (scary, only use as last resort) or shouting at me in the street all work. I can't yet reveal the venue or route because we haven't had final confirmation that we can use them. It's not going to go ahead at all if we can't get sufficient volunteers to run it so we're looking for the core team initially. We also need to do some fundraising. Lyra has been fantastic in her support but she has enough on her plate with Cambridge parkrun at Milton Country Park. It's time for Cambridge parkrun 2: Electric Boogaloo** to get going.

*Not the official name of the new parkrun.

**Really not the official name of the new parkrun.

Thank you, RM. You'd be very welcome whenever you can make it. Sometimes it's better just to get your rest though. It's important to make sure you can get through the week in one piece.

I can't say much more in public right now because we haven't yet had final permission to use the venue. I'll make an announcement as soon as I can.
