Shall we have a summer social? Such as a picnic/rounders or running pub crawl (I've seen fetch socials on here and they're London based, but we could organise a parkrun one?)

MCP was splashier last night than I've ever seen it. And I got to see more of it than usual since I managed to get lost.

Tempo run FR - the brain doesn't work properly once the heart rate gets over 135 bpm.

(That's true btw - explains a lot of duff decisions mid-race.)

I've nominated a certain regular of Cambridge parkrun as MOTM... hopefully some of you might back me up as I think this particular person is quite deserving of the prize!
