I fancy rollers, but that is probably because I first saw them used by Eddy Merckx :-)

Ooh, track pump definitely...used to be very expensive and the preserve of 'proper' roadies, they're now cheap (sub thirty quid) and you can get one from halfords.

Something like this: wiggle.co.uk

they have a pressure gauge on them - you'll never blow your tyres up hard enough without a pressure gauge simply because you won't believe how hard something like 120psi actually is.

For the road...a lot of people use co2 inflators now.....I still like an old fashioned pump, simply because if I carry two co2 cylinders I know I'll puncture three times..... I have the older version of this:http://www.wiggle.co.uk/p/Cycle/7/Crank_Brothers_Ultra_Power_Pump/5360019200/

It straps on under the saddle very nicely, and does a good job of getting punctured tyres back up to pressure quickly....also has a built in gauge which saves carrying a separate one

Han, stop talking dirty. You know we don't use the 'M' word on here. We're decent people.

Get some Hann, I can have a go on yours, you can film me, send the video in to one of those programmes that give you money for films and you have gained a free set of rollers, had a laugh and you will get to train on the too :)

OK, well I will def need to be buying a new pump when I go out on the road on my Giant, for now the MTB is fine and I can pump that up, I just seem to have trouble with the thin valve on the road bike.

I'm currently compiling a list of things to buy for the bikes. :)
