heh, yeah, like I said rollers are a bit like riding fixed wheel bikes.....everyone USED to do it, now it's the preserve of the old and unusual....a straightforward TT is probably the most practical option....

yes, your front wheel turns on rollers...and if you turn the handlebars a fraction the whole front end slops from side to side...hence why it helps you to develop a smooth technique

Can you recommend a good tyre pump, and how would I know what pressure my tyres are? The pump I have is shite and I never seem to get my tyres pumped up enough. (I'm talking for the road bike)
