Hi Can anyone reccomend a ladies gel saddle. I am doing a 35 mile charity cycle ride in September & need a bit more comfort in the nether regions. Thanks |

Good question KR2. My next-door neighbour has the mid-range flatbar bike and it looks the bees-knees. I know they get bad press for being sold by Halfords but it looks like a lot of kit for the money, and I'm tempted. Any experts ? |

well Danny, I'm exploring the cycle to work scheme and there's a chance that buying a bike from Halfords is the only way to go so.....a colleague rode one around the local Halfords last night and was very impressed and it did indeed look the bees-knees. Anyone got one?? |

Yup. It's the spokes (or lack of) that do it for me. This also had me drooling trekbikes.com |

Boardman bikes are getting good reviews, just be sure to get it set up proper once bought as the mechanics at halfords would struggle with simple lego. As far as i know, you can get halfords to source other bikes - e.g. px have sold alot through them to c2w buyers. |

B.B.
You can also get Focus bikes through Wiggle in the Halfords C2W scheme. Met a guy at a triathlon on Sunday who had the Cayo (lovely bike) which he got through Halfords. The Focus are awesome bang for your buck. Them and Planet X are the best value once you get to a grand. Head and shoulders the best
