I’ve been making the Nigella variation of that for a few years. It never goes wrong, is easy to transport (not particularly fragile or with a topping) and seems to suit everyone apart from those with a nut allergy.

That's very similar. I made the Jamie Oliver polenta version a while ago but couldn't find the online recipe yesterday. Which is 'a good thing' as this version has fewer ingredients.
