That looks great Rosehip. I have a new oven so tried Yorkshire puddings tonight. Up till now they have never risen for me and I always blamed the oven not getting hot enough. Turns out I was right. They rose beautifully tonight ![]() ![]() I think next step is new tins unless anyone has other suggestions - I put a teaspoon of oil in each tin and heated the tin and oil before putting the batter in. |
