Wriggling Snake Nov 2020 2:53pm, 6 Nov 2020 28,719 posts	0 Wriggling Snake 2 christmas puds made...christmas cake just this minute gone in the oven...A bit of time on my hands as all sports facilities at the uni closed...the students iseda bit of that spare energy last night I see. Also inadvertently discovered that there are no Fetchies with the word baking in their name so I am seriously considering changing my name to Baking Snake.

Considering making mincemeat for the first time tomorrow using a Mary Berry recipe that has butter instead of suet - much easier than trying to find a gf veggie suet and I suspect more to my taste too. If I do make that I may well bake a mincemeat cake.
