Steamed puddings for, um, pudding tonight. Plain for daughter, treacle for husband, none for me because it’s not my thing. Quick and easy (if I don’t count the bit where you tie the cover on to the little pudding bowl).
I usually make a sourdough loaf each week but gave it a miss this time, it didn’t fit with our weekend food plans.

Hello everyone, Panad spied my latest blog and invited me over, I'm very new to baking and learning via lots of mistakes! But loving the out come when it works, as are the boys! 🤣
Hope you don't mind a newbie asking potentially silly questions x

I started when Lazybelinda (who I work with) convinced me to try watching bake off, which I've never done before! We then make something together, in a lunch break, over WhatsApp later in the week! Week 1 was battenburg, week 2 was Florentines. (I'm trying to keep up with blogging about it so I can hopefully look back and see improvement as time goes on!
I'm really enjoying it, and son#2 has now got involved and made a flan over the weekend! I'm glad I'm running the sum again or I'd be getting fat this winter!
