RunnyBunny Aug 2020 9:06pm, 19 Aug 2020 1,076 posts	0 RunnyBunny I did banana bread for the first time since lockdown a week or so ago (I'm a bit behind with trends). I used Jack Monroe's recipe with star anise from the vegan book - I'm not a big aniseed fan, but it was lovely.

Out of Victoria sponge but do have a large ‘Celebration’ cake I made last week to start. It’s the second one I’ve done and the first wasn’t really cooked through properly. It was fine but this had a further ninety minutes or so in the bottom oven
