I think crumble sounds a better bet than flapjack but then I’m not a big fan of flapjack anyway

I don't think it has powdered milk in but now you say it. I did just read the ingredients and now I've put it on a high shelf.

I always just use a bread dough mix EP or a scone-type base...
You could do the dough MandyMoo’s used (if you have SR flour&yoghurt) from post on page 389?
