Homemade pumpernickel for lunch today
Baked a couple of days ago and left wrapped in tea towel to ‘develop flavour’ since then.
Mix of rye starter/rye flour/whole wheat grain/oat groats and a bit of salt.

Probably not flapjack but you might get an edible crumble from it. I'd probably add a few nuts for crunch.
